Rye Pottery Ltd is a small family owned business making exquisite individual hand painted majolica decorated figures, animals and birds. Situated in the historic town of Rye on the south coast of England, we are contributing to the tradition of pottery making first established in Rye by itinerant potters in the 12th and 13th centuries while the first known settled pottery on the edge of Rye at Cadborough Cliff, dates back to the end of the 18th Century.
