The smaller pen pot is just as good for the bathroom and dressing table as it is for the sitting room or office. And yes they’ll take garden flowers too if you want to use them as a vase.

Featured here is our intricate hand-painted “Breakwater” decoration in shades of Black & London Stone. This is a re-imagined little known 1950s pattern that was originally inspired by the weathered wooden groynes on the local pebble beaches. We’ve given them a test run in our Rye shop and they’e proved really popular. Carefully thrown on the wheel, the hand-painted black stripe compliments the curvacious shape in the way only a straight line on a curved object can.

We also have these in our scratched through “Sgraffito” design, with or without the “RYE” stamp on the front, to match our existing “Conical” and “Flask” designs, which you can see if you click here.

Do note that these are absolutely guaranteed to vary in both shape and depth of colour but will be in the spirit of those pictured here.

We’ve given them a test run in our Rye shop and they’e proved really popular. Carefully thrown on the wheel, this decoration scratches through the glaze using a technique called “Sgraffito” design, and comes with or without the “RYE” stamp on the front, to match our existing “Conical” and “Flask” designs, which you can see if you click here.
