From Saturday 18^th July 2020 we are OPEN again, with slightly different hours to allow for the Corona Juggle.

So our current guaranteed hours are 11am – 4pm every day & we’re also happy to offer appointments or curb-side pick-up alongside our usual mail order service. Just give us a ring or an email to arrange it. There are days that we’re open earlier and later so if time is critical, please give us a ring or drop us an email.

We’ve done a lot of work on our Risk Assessments to make sure we keep our talented team and customers safe. We have buckets of Hand Sanitiser, regular cleaning of public and private areas and social distancing in place.

We’d also like to say thank you to all those who are able for wearing a mask when in our shop.

It’s great to finally be open again and Rye & 1066 Country is as busy as ever. Pretty much all of our independent colleagues are open – Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and an incredible array of local attractions and places to stay. Rye and the surrounding area is well and truly open and making enormous efforts to put customers at ease & keep them safe.

We were a little behind some other companies & shops because of Biddy Cole’s death (we’re a family firm and she was Josh & Tabby Cole’s Mum). So we wanted to take our time and make sure we opened as safely as possible for our amazing team and of course our customers.
