We love what we make and are tremendously proud of everything we produce. Please remember all our items are made entirely by humans and the principle of our business is that no two pieces are ever identical. The techniques we use means there will be variations in colour, finish and details as well as small imperfections in the glaze. Detailed quality checks are carried out on every individual piece and we work hard to make sure everything reaches you in tip top condition, wherever you are in the world.

We also welcome your general suggestions and feedback so that we can continue to make improvements and maintain our high standards.

Changing your mind

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods & packaging are returned safely in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please call us first to discuss the problem.

We aren’t able to offer free returns and exchanges at the moment, which means you will have to pay for postage.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We can’t remember the last time we had a piece that was damaged in the post, so in the unlikely even that an item arrives damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a replacement or refund.

We may ask you to take a photograph of the pottery and email it to us before you send anything back in the post.

The delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is agreed by us to be faulty.

Returning Items

To return an item for whatever reason, it needs to reach us in the same condition it reached you, so please pack carefully, using all of the original packaging. Ceramics need to be firmly surrounded by the packing material so that they can’t move and must not touch the sides of the box. Pieces need at least 2 inches of the packing material underneath them and at least 1 inch on top and around the sides. When you post the items, please ask for proof of postage from your post office (this is free of charge) or send it back via a signed-for service.

Any refunds agreed will be made to the card with which you made the purchase upon receipt of returned goods.
